A two minute walk brings you to Portreath's sandy surfing beach with its caves and rock pools. Portreath is a small coastal village and its pubs, cafes and restaurants offer plenty of choice. If you feel like stretching your legs, this is perfect walking country along costal footpaths with fantastic views of sea and countryside.

• Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, Fridge, washing machine. Small breakfast bar, leading outside to a small balcony with table and chairs.
• Bathroom - Fully fitted bathroom with power shower and heated towel rail.
• Garage - The apartment has a lockable garage ideal for bikes, surf boards, wet suits. Also inside is a small chest freezer, fishing rods/nets for holiday use.
• Property - Includes electric, bed linen, and use of auto washing machine.
