refurbished first floor apartment offers two bedrooms,
(one double and one twin). An open plan living area
with TV, DVD, Hi Fi, comfortable furniture and sliding
patio doors leading to a balcony with sea views.
The fully modern kitchen is equipped with oven,
hob, washing machine etc. The bathroom has a bath,
shower, wash hand basin, WC. Electricity is available
with a key meter. Bed linen and towels can be provided
for a small laundry fee. Each property has allocated
parking for one car. The beach is a level 50m stroll
from the apartments. |

| Porthtowan is a small Cornish Village
nestled between spectacular cliffs, on the fabulous north
coast of Cornwall, situated midway between Newquay and
St. Ives. |
| It has a safe sandy beach patrolled
by lifeguards during the summer months, making it an ideal
place for swimming and a popular surfing destination,
surf-hire/lessons are available locally, and of course
great fishing! |
| In the village there is a choice of
bars offering a selection of good food etc. including
the popular Blue-Bar over-looking the beach. A few small
shops and a Post Office. |
