The house is about 1 mile from the fishing harbours of Port Isaac and Port Quin and perfectly situated for all the things you may want to do on holiday in Cornwall.

Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath are within easy reach for sailing, surfing and swimming or just lazing on their lovely beaches, prefect for children and dogs.
Great organic food is available from local shops and farm shops; fresh locally caught fish from Port Isaac and Rock with good pubs and restaurants in the area for dining out.

A ferry ride from Rock takes you to Padstow with shops and Rick Stein's enterprises.
The market town of Wadebridge is five miles away with comprehensive shopping and a great cinema. Bike hire is also available here for the Camel Trail.

Golf at St Enodoc with its lovely church, associated with the late Sir John Betjeman.

There is a small patio garden for sitting out and the house has its own parking.

Property comprises: Porch entrance to downstairs open plan sitting room / dining seating 6 / 7, with well equipped kitchen; upstairs two spacious comfortable bedrooms (double and twin), bathroom with bath and electric shower. A fifth fold up bed is available and a cot can be provided by arrangement.
Children and dogs are welcome.
