Derry Holidays offer four highly regarded, new, luxury self-catering holiday houses, which are situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of the North Cornish coast.

Polzeath is an ideal holiday destination for families, groups, surfers, golfers and walkers alike.

All the houses have fitted kitchens with oven, hob, microwave, fridge,freezer and dishwashers. They all have TV, video, CD players and full sky package. There are washing machines and tumble dryers in all utillitiy rooms.

Palmares is fully central heated with radiators and Penina and Petra have spanish tiled floors with under floor heating. All houses are alarmed.

Outside hot showers are provided for " Apres Surf ". A small private path leads directly to the beach via tennis courts from Penina and Palmares, a short work of approximately 5 minutes. Petra has lovely sea views.

Although all three houses have the same standard of fittings and furnishings, they each have their own unique ambience.

This very modern four bedroom house is built on three levels, with the lounge at the top of the house taking full advantage of the beautiful sea and headland views.

Penina was the first house to be built with holidays for larger families in mind.

With it's under floor heating and spanish tiled floors throughout, the house certainly has a Mediterranean feel.

This beautiful four bedroom house sleeps eight to ten people. Ten, when the the bedroom at lower level is used as a family room or dormitory for the young.

Palmares is a luxury split-level property in an attractive cul-de-sac with double garage & amble parking for an extra two cars.

This lovely three bedroom house is fully equipped throughout to a very high standard, sleeps 6/7 people.

With privacy and safety in mind the lawns and terraced patio areas are fully enclosed with a perimeter fence & gates at pedestrian and vehicle entrances.

Our new property Polmorla is a splendid three en-suite bedroom house with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining.

Under floor heating, Spanish tiled floors and bathrooms along with all the latest furnishings and fittings make this house the ideal base for a relaxed family holiday.

It is only five minutes walk from the beach and has beautiful sea views.
