Terms are per person per night, and include full English breakfast.
All rooms have private bathrooms, central heating, colour television, direct dial telephone and tea and coffee making facilities.
We welcome guests from 4.00pm unless by prior arrangement.

We can recommend local pubs or restaurants for dinner.
We are sorry but no allowance will be made for meals not taken or rooms not occupied for the full period of the booking.

A non returnable deposit of £30.00 per person is required to confirm advance bookings, cheques made payable to Polsue Manor. Deposits by credit card can be accepted by letter or telephone, please state card number, expiry date and your name as shown on the card.
In the unfortunate event of cancellation please note that we can only accept a cancellation booking 24 hours prior to arrival otherwise a charge of two thirds of the rate will be made, unless the room is re-let.
Single occupancy of a double or twin room may be charged at £10.00 per night.
There is ample parking within the Bed & Breakfast Grounds.
Dogs are welcome at a charge of £3.50 per dog per night excluding food. There is ample room for exercising your dog in the grounds. We ask that dogs are not taken into public rooms or to be left unattended in the bedrooms.
Please bring your own pet bed.
