The lifeguard-supervised beach of Praa Sands is just a 15 minute walk away.

Located just outside Hayle off the St Ives junction with the A30. Take B3301, turn right opposite the estuary and we can be found on the right hand side after going under the railway bridge. Open April to October and some winter weekends.
