| Ednovean House is a Victorian granite house dating
back to the first half of the 19th century and has now been converted
into a six bedroom guest house which offers bed and breakfast accommodation
for most of the year. |
| Guests are able to enjoy the comfortable, spacious
lounge, the lovely dining room and the small library/writing room
all with magnificent views over the well kept gardens, the village
and St. Michaels Mount and the bay. |
| There are six bedrooms available on a B&B basis,
all with en-suite facilities and sea views are available. |
| We also have a large car park within the grounds.

| Occupying a unique elevated position above the
picturesque village of Perranuthnoe, the gardens and accommodation
of Ednovean House have one of the finest views in Cornwall. |
| From the sub tropical gardens there are sweeping
views, taking in Mounts Bay and St. Michaels Mount by day and by night
the lights across the bay stretching from Mousehole through Newlyn
and Penzance to Marazion. |
| The lovely gardens are the perfect place to unwind
and leave the cares of the world behind for a while. Surrounding the
house we have the woodland walk, lawned areas, the walled garden,
pond terrace and vegetable garden and greenhouses. |

| From our entrance at the end of the country lane,
pick up the footpath and a gentle stroll across the field in front
of us brings you to the village. |
| Perranuthnoe offers a secluded sandy bay ideal
for swimming, surfing, fishing and romantic strolls. |
| On-route to the beach, visit the local craft centre
in a converted farm yard, accommodating local artists, sculptors and
potters. |
| Have a drink and a light lunch at the beach café
and stop at the friendly local pub, the Victoria Inn, on the way back
to the comfort of Ednovean House. |
