| Set in a peaceful and secluded valley,
just 4 miles from the sea, we are a small, rural, family
orientated and family run holiday park. We have our own
small country pub "The St. Tinney Arms" that always offers
a warm welcome and a wealth of refreshments! |

to conserving our natural environment. |
| St. Tinney Farm is a "must visit"
for Coarse Fishermen. We have excellent Coarse Fishing
facilities, over four well stocked lakes. |
Wireless Internet Access
Should they wish, all of our visitors can now have Wireless
Broadband Internet Access when staying on the Farm. |

Holidays |
St. Tinney Arms
Our own small country pub, the St. Tinney Arms pub and
games room are all housed within tastefully converted
farm buildings. We stock a range of beers, largers, stouts,
ciders, wines and real ales, along with a fine selection
of spirits and soft drinks. A range of good "Pub Food"
evening meals are available. |
Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool
Our 45ft outdoor heated swimming pool is open from May
to September, 9am to 5pm weather permitting. Children
under 18 must be accommpanied by an adult at all times.

Coarse Fishing
Those wishing to fish in our four coarse fishing lakes
must purchase a St. Tinney Farm Fishing Rod Licence immediately
upon arrival. We do not do day fishing tickets. |
| Other facilities include an adventure
playground, games room, on site shop, young children's
pony rides, laundry and public pay phone. |
| Lodges |
| At St.Tinney Farm, we offer self catering
accommodation in our modern, fully equipped lodges, which
have all been graded as FOUR STAR "Excellent" by the English
Tourist Council. |
| We have a mixture of timber, log cabin
style "3 Bedroom Pine Lodges", "2 Bedroom Pine Lodges"
and traditionally built rendered "Bungalow" style "2 Bedroom
Country Lodges". |
| All our lodges are fully centrally
heated, have double-glazing and are insulated to a very
high standard for year round use. Outside, the lodges
have a veranda with picnic tables and benches. |
| Caravan Holiday Homes |
| We pride ourselves on the high standards
of our six, modern Caravan Holiday Homes, which are supplied
with gas & electricity free of charge. |
| All have showers, hand basins, W.C.,
colour TV, gas fire, water heater, full size gas cookers
and fridges. Some also have DVD Players. |
| They are all arranged in small groups
in landscaped fields, surrounded by grass and trees and
come with individual picnic tables. |
| Camping & Touring |
| We have two camping and touring fields
"Ley Park" and "Meadow" with twenty pitches on each. The
pitches are approximately 35 feet wide. |
| Both are level grassed areas, with
pitches running around the four edges. Ley Park has a
professionally installed wooden childrens adventure play
area in the middle, while the Meadow overlooks the valley.

| We have ten electrical hook ups on
the Ley Park field. We also normally only use the Meadow
field in the high season. |
| Both Ley Park and Meadow camping fields,
have chemical disposal points, drinking water points and
rubbish collection areas. |
| We have modern tiled shower and toilet
block, which is approximately 150 metres from the camping
fields, where there are also facilities for washing up
cutlery and crockery. |

| There are many activities to enjoy
around St. Tinney Farm all year and whatever the weather.
As well as the simply stunning natural scenary, activities
close by include: A large indoor heated swimming pool
and leisure complex with fun slides, gym, golf, sailing,
shooting, sea fishing, horse riding, cinema, go-karting,
quad biking, paint ball, ten pin bowling, sea fishing,
whale and dolphin spotting, surfing, hot air ballooning
and micro-lighting. |
