DIRECTIONS

Having entered CORNWALL on either A30 or A38 proceed along the Bodmin by-pass heading west, continue heading west on the A30 past the Newquay interchange - Highgate Hill - (approx 8 miles). The road climbs then descends for approx. 2 miles passing under an overbridge, then look out for advance signing of slip road to A3058 Newquay/St Austell/SUMMERCOURT to the left which brings you into the village of Summercourt, at the traffic lights, turn right (signposted NEWQUAY A3058).

Take the third turning on the left (signposted Newlyn East), approximately 2 miles from Summercourt. Then, first farm lane on the left, down the lane passing cottages on your right, into the caravan park, the farmhouse is through the gate at far end of caravan park garden.
