FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How often can I use my Caravan? From the beginning of April/Easter until the end of October, but you cannot live here.

Can I make an income from my Caravan? We don't have a rental programme and would ask you not to rent your caravan. Of course, your family and friends are welcome to use your caravan.

When do I have to pay the annual fees? Your pitch fee is payable, in advance, on the day you purchase your caravan. Other charges are payable, in arrears, at the beginning of November.

How long can I keep my Caravan at Kennack Sands? You have security of tenure until the van is 14 years old.

What happens if I want to sell my Caravan? You can sell your van to whoever you want but we would ask for the first refusal. There will be a charge of 15% payable on any sale unless to other (bona fide) members of your family. We would be happy to sell the caravan on your behalf.

Can I bring my dog? Your pet is welcome, but the usual dog rules apply. (we may restrict some breeds).

Are the Caravans fully serviced? All the vans are on mains drainage, electricity is metered and the gas is bottled.

Is the pool open all season? The swimming pool is open, and heated, from end May to mid September.

Can I park by my Caravan? There is parking space for at least one car by every van.
