Welcome to Duneside
Duneside (sleeps 4-6) is in a prime front row position at Atlantic Coast Caravan Park, with uninterrupted views of the dunes, that dominate the landscape. A 10 minute walk will take you to to the sea, and the 3 miles of golden sand that fringes St Ives Bay. The park itself holds a David Bellany Award, and the sand dunes are a designated Site of Specific Scientistic Interest. With just 50 caravans, mostly privately owned, the atmosphere is one of quietness and peace.
The caravan is a luxury top-of-the-range ABI Ashcroft model, brand new for 2008. It has a large double bedroom, smaller twin room, with a double sofa bed in the lounge for extra accomodation. The kitchen/dining room is seperated from the lounge by double doors, and the fittings and free standing furniture are such that it feels more like a home than a caravan! The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, and has exits both into the corridor and master bedroom.
The area around has many attractions - from one of the top surfing and wind kiting beaches, to visits to St Ives, Lands End, St Michael's Mount, The Eden Project and many more....the visitor is spoilt for choice!
Directions
Approaching Hayle whilst travelling on the A30 you will come to a large roundabout, take the 4th exit off the roundabout towards Hayle Town, turn right at the mini-roundabouts taking the Gwithian road. Proceed for about a mile. Atlantic Coast Caravan Park is clearly signposted on the left hand side.
