All caravans are fully self-contained. Shower, toilet, lounge/dining area, kitchen with fridge and gas cooker, colour TV, gas fire. Duvets and pillows supplied for beds (not pull-out). Linen/towels not supplied *** 1 MILE FROM THE EDEN PROJECT* BOOKING CONDITIONS** A non-refundable deposit of Ł50 per week for static caravans is required. Balance of payment due 28 days before arrival. Any person causing a nuisance to others will be asked to leave the park. No refund will be given. Barbecues are allowed, but must be raised at least 18 inches from the ground to protect the grass. Dogs in selected caravans are welcome on the strict understanding that they are kept on the lead at all times and any fouling is cleared up by the owner. No refunds are made for early departure from the park. Parents must be responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. Static caravans are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Quiet on the park after 11pm and before 7am is requested for the benefit of all. Any damages must be paid for. No smoking is permitted in caravans or any buildings on the park. The owners do not hold themselves liable for any injury, loss or damage to person or property.
