Our three barn conversions are a perfect base from which to enjoy your Cornish holiday. Spend your days on the many beaches (North coast 5 miles and South coast 15 miles), discover the quaint fishing villages, walking coast paths or eating Rick Stein’s fish and chips at Padstow. Families and couples, walkers and cyclists, golfers and surfers are all sure to appreciate a little time out, where birdsong is often the loudest noise.

Lazy Days
Our barns are a wonderful place to spend lazy days in the country enjoying the fantastic views. Our modern, well equipped and stylish barns have all the comforts of home. Set within shared gardens and with individual private decking and barbeques, they have everything you need for al fresco dining or just a glass of wine before an evening meal in one of the excellent local pub restaurants. The large grassy lawn is ideal for children to let off some steam on the swing or playing with our outdoor games.

Comfort
Comfortable leather sofas in front of the flat screen TV and Freeview box or DVD player offer a cosy night in. Well equipped kitchens have dishwasher, washing machine. fridge and microwave. Each barn has its own parking spot. There is a lockable shed for storing surf boards and bicycles.

Sleep Up To 13
Three superb holiday barns each sleep four but can be booked together to sleep 13. Just outside is a large enclosed garden with BBQ area, swings and outdoor games.

The accommodation is reversed with bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor with stairs to first floor living space. The open plan kitchen/diner and lounge has lovely high vaulted ceilings, a woodburner and a stable door to outside steps. There are wood floors throughout and it is a pet-free zone.  King size bed in master bedroom and two 3ft single beds in twin.  An additional John Lewis folding bed available free of charge.

The semi-detached accommodation is all on one level. There is a kitchen/diner and separate lounge with beautiful vaulted ceiling. The door opens directly on to the private decking with table and chairs and looks over the shared garden.

Within a couple of miles we have Dairyland Farmworld, a firm favorite with children where they can feed the animals, watch milking and enjoy an indoor play area; Lappa Valley Steam Railway with different tracks and trains; Trerice Manor, a beautiful Elizabethan manor house with walled gardens and orchards.

Lanhydrock stately home near Bodmin has beautiful formal gardens set in 900 acres overall.

Holywell Bay Adventure Park is 5 miles away as are all the attractions of Newquay - premier surfing beaches eg Fistral home of British and Rip Curl Boardmaster Competition, Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, indoor swimming pool and Wooden Waves for skateboarders. Newquay now has a shiny new cinema multiplex.

Many local pubs have good local food and the local butcher in St Newlyn East provides delicious pasties and local meat.

Walkers are spoilt for choice as much of the coast line is owned by the National Trust and is open to walkers following the South West Coast Path right around the end of Cornwall and back. This is also great news for those who prefer pleasant strolls with amazing views out across the Atlantic.
