1 Surf View is situated on Pentire Headland approximately 10 minutes drive from central Newquay. The headland is one of Cornwalls most desirable locations as it offers spectacular sea views from its raised position above the surrounding coastline, and across the world renowned Fistral Beach, Cornwall's premier surfing location.

Located right by the sea, we have a heated outdoor swimming pool (May-Oct). Due to the bed layout either families with up to three children or a couple are our target market

Accommodation

1 Surf View is a privately owned end of terrace two bedroom holiday home providing ideal accommodation for up to 5 guests. The house forms part of a fifty unit residential/holiday complex. The large heated outdoor swimming pool provides a wonderful amenity to enhance any holiday (open May-Oct).

1 Surf View is tastefully decorated throughout offering guests modern comforts in style. To the rear of the house a decked patio overlooks Fistral Beach, and a communal grassed area which provides a safe outdoor play or sunbathing spot, close to the pool. Situated at the front of the house, 1 Surf View has the unique added benefit of its own garden boarded by shrubs, with another decked patio, providing the ideal barbecue location allowing guests to enjoy the last rays of the sun setting on the horizon.

  • Second bedroom (single bunk with futon used as a sofa and double bunk - sleeps 3) with TV and overlooking Pentire Headland & sea.
