Newquay’s premier surfing beach, Fistral, is just a short stroll from your doorstep whilst the Gannel Estuary is also nearby and offers fantastic walks along the breathtaking Atlantic Coast and is ideal for fishing, bird watching, picnicking or simply relaxing.
Whilst in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the South West, Newquay Golf Course, which is located right next to Bredon Court. For those looking for an adrenaline rush, a visit to the Lusty Glaze Adventure Centre is a must, where activities on offer include rock climbing, abseiling and coasteering.
Newquay harbour and town centre with all its amenities, superb restaurants and family friendly attractions are only a short walk away. Popular attractions include Newquay Zoo, The Blue Reef Aquarium and Buccaneer Bay.
Newquay is also an ideal base for exploring the rest of Cornwall by car with both North and South coast attractions, such as the Eden project, within an hour’s drive. Alternatively there is easy access by either train (station within a mile) or flights with Newquay airport only 6 miles away.
