and constructed on traditional Cornish fisherman’s cottages. Arranged
around the green complete with hand-crafted children’s play fishing
boat this is a haven.

of everyday life, with the pace set to slow; Bezant Green Cottages
are stylish home from homes and make the perfect base for any holiday
in Cornwall. All three cottages have individual parking spaces.
Your cottage is tastefully furnished and
well equipped. The whole of the ground floor is covered with exclusive
Italian ceramic floor tiles. The modern open kitchen and dining
area is bright and spacious, fitted with appliances including microwave,
dishwasher and washing machine together with crockery, glassware
and cookware.

The simple, airy bedrooms comprise of a
large double room with walk-in wardrobe, a twin bedded room and
a single bedroom. The fully tiled fresh white bathroom with chrome
fittings comprises of bath with shower, basin and toilet. There
is an additional toilet and basin downstairs.
The lounge is a relaxing and calm space
with fireplace and cosy fire where the whole family can be entertained
in the comfort of your own accommodation with television and videos,
books and games. The cottage is centrally heated so you can enjoy
the warmth whatever the season.

Open the French doors onto the
patio and relax in the lawned garden, the perfect place to start your
day…. enjoy a sunny breakfast under the parasol or al fresco dining
at the end of the day bathed in the sounds from the ocean. |
| Local Area
Situated on the rugged coastline of North
Cornwall, Newquay boasts some of the finest views in our country
of the mighty Atlantic Ocean. This dramatic coast line offers unparalleled
scenery, breathtaking walks, hidden bays and coves for sun worship,
exploration and real outdoors fun. For the more adventurous, there
is surfing, kite surfing, kayaking, and coasteering to name but
a few of the activities available.

| The perfect natural
conditions produce an ideal surfing coast, which has tempted surfers
from all over the world to visit Newquay and try out the waves. As
such, it is now widely regarded as the surf capital of the UK and
hosts the National Surfing Championships every year on Fistral Beach.

The Gannel estuary is a haven and is only
minutes from your holiday cottage as is Newquay's 18 hole golf course.
The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan,
The National Maritime Museum and The Tate Gallery are all approx.
35 min drive from Newquay which makes the cottage the perfect base
for touring Cornwall.

Newquay is only 15 mins from Newquay Airport
where there are daily flights from London's Stansted airport with
Ryanair or Gatwick with Air South West. Its only 12 miles from the
A30 and has daily direct links via rail from Paddington.
