Local Area

A five minute walk brings you to the village of Paul with its post-office, newsagent/general store, church - which frequently holds concerts, and the Kings Arms where good food is available.

A further five minute walk downhill takes you into Mousehole, with its: harbour, safe sandy beaches, shops and good eating venues.

Just around the corner from the cottage is the bus stop, a regular service to Penzance or Land's End. See the magificent views of West Penwith from the open-top bus, service 300.

Drive to Penzance in 5 minutes OR
walk along from Mousehole, through Newlyn and Penzance, round Mount's Bay to Marazion; a wonderful place to rest, revitalize and visit the Mount.

Alternatively walk in the opposite direction along the spectacular coastal path to Lamorna Cove.

Further on is Porthcurnow, the Cable & Wireless Museum of Submarine Telegraphy and the famous open-air Minnack Theatre.

This is a central position with easy access to all popular West Penwith beaches.
