To secure a booking, please make a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total price within 7 days of the initial telephone or email booking. The balance must be paid at least 4 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.

Bookings made less than 4 weeks before the commencement date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

The accommodation is to be left clean and tidy and free from damage and breakages.
