as the use of a south-facing sun patio with panoramic sea views.
The famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are within walking distance,
the spectacular tropical bio-domes at the Eden Project about 9 miles
and the Old Ships harbour at Charlestown 6 miles.
The
cottage is south facing, situated over two floors and sleeps up
to three. The cost is between £395 and £595 depending on the time
of year. Wireless
internet included free of charge.

large room on the ground floor makes up the kitchen/diner and living
space. It has a window facing east, which takes in the morning sun
and breathtaking sea views. Terracotta flooring, a multi-fuel stove
and hand-built kitchen add something special to this space. There
is a comfortable leather sofa, a chair and dining table, as well as
an outside courtyard with furniture. |

Our
hand made wooden kitchen is built from reclaimed Victorian timber
and has an original Belfast sink, as well as a stainless steel NEFF
cooker, hob and microwave plus washer-dryer and fridge freezer

main bedroom sleeps two and has a south facing window with magnificent
sea views, as well as an east facing door taking in the early morning
sun. This door overlooks the small orchard and also has sea views.
There is a small wardrobe and chest of drawers. The wooden shelving
is made from reclaimed timber. The floors are wood. The single bedroom
sleeps one, has a chest of drawers and a shelf made from reclaimed

The
bathroom is modern, fully tiled with bath, electric shower over
and painted wooden floor
Shops,
pubs and restaurants are all within 500 yards. The multi-fuel stove
heats the hot water and radiators, or there is the alternative of
electric heating if preferred. For those opting for solid fuel there
is a £20 fuel supplement September to May. Electricity is by £1
coin meter. No pets, no smoking and only well behaved children.
