Enjoying superb views of the wild Atlantic and the serenity of the Vale of Lanherne, Blue Bay Lodge offers the visitor the very best Cornwall has to offer.

Located halfway up the hill from Mawgan Porth beach means unrivalled coastal or country walks begin at the doorstep. With Padstow only a fifteen minute drive to the north, Newquay with its nightlife a fifteen minute drive to the south and the moors surrounding Bodmin to the east, the Lodges are ideally situated at the centre of any Cornish experience.

Blue Bay Lodges

Blue Bay consists of five individually designed Cornish Lodges, family owned and operated to cater for your individual needs. Each lodge is unique, with a character and a Cornish name of its own. Finished to an exceptional standard, each is sound insulated and centrally heated with its own private terrace or balcony from which you can enjoy the unique scenery of North Cornwall. With separate bedrooms making them ideal for families, teenagers, special breaks, parties or societies, each lodge is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday including a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV and video.

All bed linen, towels, heat and light are supplied free of charge. There are no hidden extras.

Beachcombers - Sleeps 5

Beachcombers is on the ground floor with a view over Mawgan Porth to the sea. This is the second largest of the lodges and sleeps up to 5 people in three separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through patio doors onto its own balcony with a view of the sea beyond. It has a bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull out bed for an extra person if required.

Seascape - Sleeps 4

Seascape is on the upper floor with a view over Mawgan Porth to the sea. This is the second smallest of the lodges and sleeps up to 4 in two separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a patio door leading out onto its own balcony with a view of the sea beyond. It has a bathroom with a bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with space for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a pull out bed for an extra guest if required.
It has a patio door leading onto the balcony.

Skylark - Sleeps 4

Skylark is on the upper floor and is the smallest of the lodges, but with the most spectacular views over both the Lanherne Valley to the left and the sea to the right. It sleeps up to 4 people in two separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with patio doors leading out onto its own balcony. It has a bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds.

Surf Riders - Sleeps 8

Surf Riders is on the ground floor and has superb views of both the Lanherne Valley to the left and over Mawgan Porth to the sea on the right. This is the largest of the lodges and sleeps up to 8 people in three separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through double patio doors onto its own terrace. It has a large bathroom with a bath, shower and W.C. It also has a separate W.C.

Bedroom 1 is divided into two by a curtain. Both sections have twin beds.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull-out bed for an extra person.

Beacons - Sleeps 5

Beacons is on the ground floor situated at the rear of the Lodge with it's own private garden and a superb view over the Lanherne Valley. Beacons sleeps up to 5 people in one double bedroom and two interconnected singles.

It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. It has a shower room and separate W.C. with a wash basin and shaver point in each bedroom.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with French windows leading out onto its own terrace.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed.
Bedroom 3 has a single/bunk bed.
