Brean Park is less than twenty minutes drive from the Eden Project at St Austell, a few minutes walk from the Lanhydrock estate and also located conveniently for beaches on both the North and South coasts.

Brean Park is a luxuriously equipped four bedroom barn conversion which can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It has been restored to balance authentic rustic charm with luxury modern convenience. The barn retains many original features including stone walls and oak beams.

Renovated to the highest standard, the barn has been equipped with luxurious modern home comforts including, under floor heating, wood burner, large oak dining table with seating for eight people, comfy leather sofas, plasma TV with surround sound, dvd player and play station. The spacious bespoke kitchen is fully equipped with a large electric range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbledryer, microwave, fridge and freezer. The four luxury bedrooms are fully en-suite. Two of the en-suites are wet rooms and two are fitted with jacuzzi baths. One of the wet rooms has easy disabled access.

Outside, guests can benefit from beautiful unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside. There is a private patio area with two tables and chairs as well as outdoor cooking facilities. In addition there is a decked area which looks out onto fields and farm land. A lawned area beyond the patio is ideal for young children to play and enjoy the long Cornish evenings.

Brean Park overlooks the National Trust's Lanhydrock House and Gardens and is surrounded by woodland walks and stunning scenery.
