the long glass fronted balcony. Part of the extensive range
of kitchen units form a convenient servery to the dining room
and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge

LOCAL
AREA
East
Looe is noted for its narrow streets and old buildings combining
the attraction of a small busy resort with those of a thriving
inshore fishing port. West Looe is more relaxing, with convenient
shops, a long quay which attracts both fishing and pleasure
craft. There is an easy access to cliff walks offering breathtaking
views. Access to East Looe with its sandy beach is by a 10-minute
walk across the bridge, or more conveniently by a short ferry
trip from the steps a few yards from the apartment.

is an ideal centre for deep-sea angling and there are ample
opportunities for safe swimming, sailing, scub diving, golf,
etc. while the bon viveur will find ample scope in the excellent
restaurants and olde worlde pubs in the area.
