THE PROPERTY

This exceptional apartment occupies one of the best positions in West Looe, standing high next to the river.

There is a large bay window with a seating area overlooking the harbour, and a side window with seating overlooking West Looe Square and the town.

The apartment will accommodate six persons in spacious comfort. It has full gas central heating, double glazing, and good quality furniture, carpets and equipment throughout.

THE LOUNGE

The lounge is some 21ft long and is generously furnished with deep comfortable seating, casual tables, 28” flat screen TV with Sky plus Sport, Video Player and a C.D. unit with cassette player and turntable. There is a large bay window with a seating area overlooking the harbour, and a side window with seating overlooking West Looe Square and the town.

THE BEDROOMS

There are three double bedrooms, all with attractive soft furnishings, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and washbasin. Two bedrooms have twin beds and overlook the harbour, and the third bedroom at the rear of the property has a 5ft zip/link double bed.

BATHROOM - The bathroom has a full size suite with shower attachment in the bath and there is a separate shower room with a large shower compartment, second WC and washbasin.

THE KITCHEN/DINING AREA

The dining room seats six and, and a French window leads onto the long glass fronted balcony. Part of the extensive range of kitchen units form a convenient servery to the dining room and the kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, and microwave etc. It is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware and table linen. The Utility room off the hall contains the central heating boiler, washing machine, drying lines, iron and ironing board etc.

LOCAL AREA

East Looe is noted for its narrow streets and old buildings combining the attraction of a small busy resort with those of a thriving inshore fishing port. West Looe is more relaxing, with convenient shops, a long quay which attracts both fishing and pleasure craft. There is an easy access to cliff walks offering breathtaking views. Access to East Looe with its sandy beach is by a 10-minute walk across the bridge, or more conveniently by a short ferry trip from the steps a few yards from the apartment.

Looe is an ideal centre for deep-sea angling and there are ample opportunities for safe swimming, sailing, scub diving, golf, etc. while the bon viveur will find ample scope in the excellent restaurants and olde worlde pubs in the area.
