The
Hotel
The Trengilly Wartha is situated in a small hamlet in an
area designated as being of outstanding natural beauty, about
one mile from the village of Constantine. The hotel's name translated
literally means the settlement above the trees. Nestling in
the wooded valley of Polpenwith creek we are surrounded by six
acres of our own gardens and meadows.
The hotel has been under the personal stewardship of the owners,
William and Lisa Lea, for more than a decade. During that time
the Trengilly has been built into one of the country's leading
residential inns. There are six cottage bedrooms in the hotel
all have their own facilities and are thoughtfully and attractively
furnished.
