All our 12 rooms are non smoking, centrally heated and ensuite with shower. They have a hospitality tray, colour T.V, hairdryer and radio/alarm clock and information pack.

Choose a traditionally appointed bedroom in The Old House or a contemporary style in the newer Carrick Roads Wing. We have ground floor rooms for those who find stairs difficult and a 2 bedroomed family suite for friends travelling together or those with children over 12 years.

Carrick Road Wing

The Carrick Roads bedrooms are good sized double and twin rooms with ensuite shower and comfortable beds with duvets- ideal for tired travellers or busy holiday makers.

The Old House

Choose a traditional double or twin room in The Old House with a garden /partial sea view looking towards Gyllyngvase Beach and Swanpool.

We are open all year including Christmas and New Year for bed and breakfast. All guests are personally welcomed.

We are licensed and can offer a small selection of wines, spirits and bottled beers.

Each room has a complementary tourist information pack and we display information about local events and activities on the notice board.

For walkers we can arrange luggage transfer with local couriers or do it ourselves.

Guests are invited to use the lounge with TV, books and newspapers.

For both business travellers and tourists we can provide packed lunches.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 a.m to 9.15 Monday to Friday. For earlier risers, continental breakfast is served from 7 a.m or a cooked breakfast from 7.30 a.m by individual arrangement. On Saturday and Sunday breakfast is served from 8.30 a.m until 9.45 a.m.

We can order a newspaper for you from the newsagent in town. This will arrive about 8.30 a.m.

Check out is usually 10.45a.m but can be later by arrangement and we are able to store luggage to fit in with later travel plans on day of departure.

For the people that prefer to remain dry there are plenty of paths to be explored, be it ambling through a guided walk, visiting a historical landmark, or being entertained by one of Cornwall’s many attractions, there is something here to suit everyone.
