Situated opposite the well known Bedruthan Steps, our two bedroom first floor apartment sleeps four in luxury. An optional double room will sleep a further two people at additional cost, making it extremely flexible. With fabulous views in all directions it is ideal for a relaxing self catering holiday, but with our Hotel bar & restaurant only a few yards away you can have a night off cooking whenever you want. Guests renting our apartment may also make use of the Hotels indoor heated exercise pool. No smoking or pets in the apartment.

| Conditions
of Booking: The person making the booking must be 18 years or over. Couples and family’s only, no single sex groups. Bookings are from Saturday arrival 3 pm. to Saturday departure 10 am. Short breaks out of season by arrangement. Prices are per person per week. Minimum price per week equivalent to 3 persons. The extra double room is available only when 5 or 6 people are booked. Bed linen is included but we do not provide towels. A 25% deposit is payable when booking, the balance is due on arrival. If the booking is cancelled every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, how ever failure to re-let will make you liable for the full price of your holiday. We therefore recommend that you take out a holiday cancellation insurance to guard against any loss of money due to unforeseen circumstances. In the interest of other guests, guests in the apartment must ensure there is no unreasonable noise within the apartment . We reserve the right to evict anyone who causes unnecessary disturbance. Outgoing Guests are expected to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. Any damage to the property or fittings is chargeable to the Guests. For the purpose of maintenance or in an emergency, we reserve the right to enter the apartment at any time. If Due to any occurrence beyond our control the apartment is not available as booked (e.g. fire or wind damage), all money will be refunded in full but there will be no further liability towards the hirer Bedruthan House Hotel. |
