Driftwood Apartments is a small development of four two bedroom self-contained holiday apartments. Situated on the edge of the village overlooking the beach, and just two minutes traffic free walk to the sands.

Holywell Bay is a small village on the north coast of Cornwall situated approximately 5 miles from Newquay (and a similar distance from Perranporth and just a 10 minute drive from the A30 trunk road. It is a friendly, family area that offers a large, golden, sandy beach with rolling dunes which are ideal for quiet sunbathing, caves, rock pools and a slow running stream that is ideal for children to play in.

There are also many fine coastal and country walks with views of high cliffs, clear waters and summer sunsets. The surf here is usually quite good and the beach benefits from a regular Life Guard Patrol throughout the summer.

The village has two pubs, shops and 1 ½ miles away at Cubert there is a garage, Post Office, restaurant and two more pubs. There is a large leisure park with numerous attractions and rides including go-karts, and a golf course, which is only a short distance away.

Whether you are looking for an active, or a relaxing holiday or just a central base for touring, you will find Holywell Bay an ideal location.

Apartments

Apartment No. 1 and No. 2 are very similar the only difference being the double bedroom in No. 1 is slightly larger allowing space for a cot if needed. This apartment has a small walled garden, where as No. 2 has a balcony. Each has one double and one twin bedroom, bathroom with W.C., bath and shower and an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner. Maximum accommodation for 4 people.

Apartment No. 3 has the same layout but a larger lounge and can accommodate 6 people using a bed settee. This apartment has a balcony.

Apartment No. 4 is laid out differently, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, a bathroom with W.C. and bath, a separate kitchen and a lounge, diner with balcony and can also accommodate six people using a bed settee.

Built, furnished, maintained and cleaned to a high standard each apartment has fitted carpet in all bedrooms and living areas, a 5 channel remote control colour T.V., convector heaters, microwave, dishwasher, full size cooker, fridge, all crockery, utensils, pans etc, shower/bath, duvets, pillows and all bed linen. A cot and highchair are also available.

At the rear of the building there is a small lawned area, a room with laundry facilities, a clothes drying line and car park. All apartments have their own entrance and either a balcony or garden.

Electricity is NOT included. This is obtained via a £1 coin meter. We welcome families and couples but unfortunately we do not allow pets.

All our apartments are non-smoking.
