• Double bedroom with a four poster bed and TV.

Upstairs

• Gallery bedroom with 2 single beds.

• Gas central heating
• The cottage is supplied with natural spring water tested regularly.
• Bed linen and towels provided
• Cot highchair and extra bed if required
• Smoke detectors hence no smoking in the cottage.
• We regret we are unable to take pets.
• Garden furniture and BBQ.
• Ample off road parking.
• The nearest mainline train station is at Liskeard with a branch line to Looe which is 4 miles away.
• Pelynt which is 3 miles away has a small supermarket newsagents and butchers.

Guests are welcomed with a Cornish cream tea. The accommodation sleeps 4. Change over day is Saturday. Guests are requested not to arrive before 3 PM and to vacate property by 10AM.
