Haf House is detached,
with its own 1/2 acre garden and field facing south west across the countryside
to Constantine and the Lizard. The front of the house opens into a planted
courtyard, with our own house and studio forming the two other sides of
the square.
Haf House is designed to retain the generous proportions of the original
barn and milking parlour, with floor length arched windows, cross beamed
ceilings and whitewashed stone walls.
In the furnishing and layout, there is an emphasis on light and colour
and, above all, comfort. The house is heated with a woodburning stove
and gas central heating with cast iron radiators.
