A privately owned detached fully equipped traditional seaside chalet overlooking St Ives Bay.

We have lovingly renovated this holiday home to provide a spacious, characterful seaside retreat with all modern conveniences.
Hawkes Point View is very privately situated, providing a high degree of seclusion on the edge of a very well maintained family site. Set among grass covered sand dunes, within 500 yds of a 3 mile stretch of sandy beaches, the property is surrounded by its own private garden crammed with palm trees, exotic plants, herbs and colourful fragrant flowers.
This seaside retreat is one of a very few remaining 1930 original timber chalets left in the country, you won't find any plastic windows here!
The property affords spectacular panoramic views of St Ives Bay, of Hayle estuary and surrounding countryside, as one visitor wrote "A view to die for".
Hayle is situated 4 miles from St Ives with its many fine restaurants, shops and the Tate gallery. There is a wonderfully scenic 'Park and Ride' train journey to St Ives (The train can be seen from the chalet) which all ages can enjoy.
There is lots to do in Cornwall for everyone, Museums, Art galleries, the amazing Eden Project, surfing, golf, cycling and walking the the beautiful coastal path's. For the less energetic amongst us, Hayle beach stretches for 3 miles of golden sand for a traditional family bucket and spade holiday!
Accommodation

Comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 child size room. The large kitchen/dining room includes full size cooker and fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.
The comfortable sitting room has a triple aspect and is surrounded by a veranda to enjoy the magnificent views and sunsets. This room has colour TV with DVD player, and book lined walls.

The bathroom has a shower room, wash hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail. Private parking close to the chalet. Fresh flowers and a pint of milk on arrival for a welcome cuppa! Our chalet is family owned and cleaned by us and we pride ourselves on offering this unique property for a special holiday. Stop clock-watching step off the beaten track and relax!

Bookings made less than 4 week in advance will require full payment.
If a booking is cancelled, all endeavors will be made to relet and if so Deposit/Full payment made will be refunded. If weeks not relet and balance is outstanding, this balance is payable by you.
Person making the booking must be over 21.
In the interest of other holiday makers no smoking inside the chalet.
Visitors are requested to pay for any damages not reasonably considered normal 'wear and tear'

ELECTRICITY - £1 coin meter

BEDDING - Duvet and pillows provided. You just need your own bed-linen + towels.

BED-LINEN HIRE - @ £8 PER PERSON

DEPOSIT - One third rent. Payable at time of booking.

BALANCE - To be paid 28 days before arrival please.
