between Perranporth and St Agnes on the North Cornish coast. Leycroft
Valley with its shallow stream, waterfall, a mill pond and an abundance
of wildlife, is ideal for those who wish to relax in peace and quiet.
Leycroft is an excellent base from which to explore Cornwall. Beautiful
walks and coastal paths unfold in the surrounding area, together with
a host of tourist attractions and outdoor pursuits. Close to miles
of sandy beaches, with great surfing, boating, boat charter, fishing,
and horse riding. Also there are many lovely gardens, vineyards and
a cider farm within easy reach. The cathedral city of Truro, Falmouth,
bustling Newquay, the Eden Project, and Land's End are all easily
accessible. |

leather corner sofa and flatscreen LCD TV. Each Coombe
Lodge is south facing and has its own decked terrace area

The entrance to the Bredon Bungalow is via stable-style
door. Each bungalow has its own garden area with garden
furniture. |

with 4 poster bed. The Mill Lodge is perfect for couples
celebrating that special occasion. The bedroom has a contemporary
4 poster bed and LCD TV. The ensuite bathroom has a full
length bath and overhead power shower. There is a modern
well fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and microwave. The
open plan lounge/diner with its leather sofa commands
excellent views across Leycroft Valley. Outside each Mill
Lodge has its own south facing decked terrace with an
outdoor Hot Tub. |

bed and the other with bunk beds. Garden area with garden

Every chalet is slightly different.
Some chalets have sofa beds which can sleep either one or two people.
|
- All bungalows/chalets have colour television, fridge, electric
storage heater, gas or electric cookers and individual electricity
meters.
- If you have any special requirements please be sure to discuss
them with us at the time of booking.
- We provide duvets and bedding in all chalets.
- However we do not supply towels, tea-towels or bed linen
for cots.
