COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS
A cot/mattress and highchair are available free of charge. Please bring your own cot bedding. Babysitting available, 8 euros per hour (please give reasonable notice).

ELECTRICITY
All electricity is provided free of charge and logs supplied for winter breaks.

LINEN
All linen for beds and tea towels provided free of charge (Please bring your own towels).

Conditions of Booking

A deposit is payable when booking (30% of the cost per week and deducted from the final balance).

The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival. Payment is in EUROS.

A refundable damage deposit of £100 is required when booking. This deposit is returned within 2 weeks after your holiday, pending inspection. The sterling cheque is to be made payable to E.J.Nicholas. The hirer will be held responsible for the contents of the house in his/her possession. Any breakages, loss or damage to the house, its fixtures or contents must be reported before leaving.

We expect visitors to leave the house clean and tidy, all cleaning products are provided. Unfortunately there will be a cleaning charge of 50 euros if the house is left unreasonably dirty.

The tariff can be paid with either euro notes sent by "international signed for" at any post office, a money gram sent from any main post office or a euro draft cheque requested at your chosen bank and payable to Mme. NICHOLAS ERIKA.

If the booking is cancelled, the balance is payable should the accommodation not be re-let- We therefore recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to guard against any financial loss of money due to unforeseen circumstances.

The person making the booking must be 21 years or over.

Bookings will not be accepted for more than the 8 quoted.

Terms are weekly Saturday-Saturday.

We reserve the right to evict anyone who causes any excessive disturbance.
