Kernow Cottage
Holiday Park:
- These are privately owned, purpose built, modern self-catering holiday
cottages on a Holiday Park. The cottages are set in the semi-wooded
grounds of an Old Cornish Manor. The Holiday Park is very family friendly
and is approximately ½ mile from shops and 1 ½ miles from the 3 miles
of golden sands of Hayle Beach and views over St. Ives Bay.
The owners oversee everything and live only 7 to 10 minutes away
so are on hand if the need arises.

Cottages consist of:
- An open plan sitting/dining room with colour TV. Kitchen is fully
equipped, including microwave, electric cooker, toaster, electric kettle,
iron and ironing board. A holiday pack of brochures is provided giving
information on Cornwall's Attractions.
Bathroom: Bath/shower, toilet and washbasin.
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, bedside lamps, with chest and wardrobe area.
Bedroom 2: Twin divan beds, bedside lamps, with chest and wardrobe area.
Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, bedside lamp, chest and wardrobe area.
The cottages are on 2 floors, all bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Heating
is supplied by electric convector heaters. Bed linen and electricity
are included in the price, cots/highchair are provided free of charge.
Each cottage has its own grassed area and paved patio with seating area.
There is also car parking and a Laundrette on site.
All prices include electricity, bed linen and all park facilities.

Facilities on Holiday Park includes:
- All facilities are in or around the Manor House. There is an Indoor
heated swimming pool, licensed Clubhouse, entertainment every night,
bar snacks, take-away, chefs corner, play areas, 'The Foxy Club’ (children's
Club with entertainment), launderette, sauna, amusements, shop, tennis,
squash courts, snooker and pool, etc. Facilities are open from March
– November only.
Hayle is in St Ives Bay and the area
is an ideal location for touring and visiting places of interest. St
Ives itself is only 5 miles away. The Holiday Park is within easy reach
of Hayle's shops – (which includes Marks & Spenser, Boots and Next)
and approximately 1.5 miles from its 3 mile sandy beach and coastal
footpaths. For Bird Watchers the nearby Estuary is a popular RSBP site.
Hayle has Restaurants and Pubs serving good
food. There are various shops/stores including Marks & Spenser, Boots
and Next. Also, there are various hairdressers/beauty salons, two Banks;
Library with internet access; NHS Doctors Clinic and two Dentists. There
are cash machines outside both banks and some shops/stores.

Park is approximate) Hayle Town ½ mile, St. Ives 5 miles, Penzance 7
miles, Lands End 20 miles, Newquay 29 miles, Truro 22 miles, Falmouth
24 miles, Eden Project (St. Austell) 37 miles, Padstow 37 miles and
many more.

Deposit of £90 per week - balance due 21 days
before your holiday starts.

Telephone/Email bookings: - will only
be accepted subject to cottage still being available on receipt of deposit.
Cottage is available from: - 4pm on day of
arrival. You are requested to vacate by 10am on day of departure.
Saturday arrivals: - If you intend
to arrive after 6pm please let us know, as arrangements will have to
be made for late arrivals.
Cottage is all-electric. Parents are requested
to supply bedding and mackintosh sheeting for the cot in the interests
of hygiene.
