Hayle: - The coastal town of Hayle is located in the area known as St. Ives Bay. Hayle beach is across the bay from St. Ives and has an unique unbroken 3 mile stretch of golden sand backed for most of its length by sand dunes, families can have endless days of fun surfing, swimming and coastal walks. It is also a wonderful area for birdwatchers as Hayle Estuary provides an all-year round bird-watching venue with its own RSBP site.

Hayle’s Amenities: - Hayle has Restaurants and Pubs serving good food. There are various shops including, hairdressers/beauty salons, two Banks; Library with internet access; NHS Doctors Clinic and two Dentists and as well as its local shops, the town now has Marks and Spencer, Next and Boots. You will find cash machines outside both banks and some shops/stores.

Apartment’s Location: - You will find this Apartment on B3301; this is the coastal road between Hayle and Gwithian village. The house lies in a semi-rural position and backs onto sandunes. The nearest beach is a short drive, or a 10 minutes walk (depending on which part of the 3 mile beach you want to spend the day on).

The Apartment: - This is a fully self-contained, large 4 berth 1st floor holiday apartment within a period house. Guests have their own parking area and all are welcomed to share the large 100 foot garden with its seating and picnic tables/umbrellas. There is a cloths line in the garden.
A holiday pack of brochures is provided giving information on Cornwall's Attractions.
The owners live in their own separate accommodation within the house. They also clean and oversee everything and are on hand if the need arises.

Bedroom 1: Double bed with bedside tables/lamps and washbasin. 2 wardrobes, dressing table, chairs, and night store heater. Window overlooks the garden.
Bedroom 2:- Twin beds bedside table/lamp and washbasin. Window overlooks the garden.
Bathroom: - Bath/shower over, WC, washbasin, airing cupboard, two chairs and a chest of drawers and electric towel rail.
Kitchen is fully equipped with various cooking utensils, saucepans, crockery and cutlery etc., table and 4 chairs. There is also: - Cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board.
Lounge: - 2 leather sofas and dining area with table and 4 chairs. It also has a colour TV, DVD, bookcase and coffee table, there is also a nightstore heater. Window overlooks the garden.
Landing: - There is a large landing on entering the Apartment, all rooms lead off this area including a separate WC.

For fortnight bookings, clean linen is provided the start of the second week. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are made up prior to arrival. Personal towels and tea towels are not provided.

Night-store heating is included in price during the months of October-April.

Children are welcomed.

Prices: - All prices include electricity and bed linen. Deposit of £90 per week. Balance due 21 days prior to holiday. Please make cheques out to: Mrs J I Patchett. Saturday - Saturday only, with exception to out of season short breaks. Out of season short breaks available between October - April (3 day minimum - prices on request). Please email or phone for requested dates and prices.

Telephone bookings:- Bookings will only be accepted subject to the Apartment still being available on receipt of booking.

Saturday arrivals: If you intend to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know your estimated time of arrival.

Apartment is available from 2p.m. on the day of arrival. You are requested to vacate by 10a.m. on day of departure.

Included in price: - Bed linen/duvets and electricity. We can supply Cot and Highchair, but parents are requested to supply bedding and mackintosh sheeting for the cot in the interests of hygiene.
