Accommodation
At Forda there are just 10 lodges and 2 cottages but with the amenities, grounds and space usually associated with a much bigger site. The lodges have a 4 Star Quality Rating and the cottages 5 Star from Visit Britain / English Tourism Council.

"A" Frame lodges
- Scandinavian-style lodges, designed to blend perfectly with their surroundings and carefully sited to provide privacy.
- Two bedrooms (double & twin) sleeping up to 4; a cot or extra bed can be added in either bedroom or in an alcove downstairs.
- Fully equipped modern kitchens, including cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave.

"Delta" lodges
- Single storey timber lodges with downstairs bedrooms and bathrooms, and designed and located to afford maximum privacy.
- Fully equipped modern kitchens, including cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave.

- Attractive outside timber deck with table and benches.
- Lodge "Beech" sleeps up to 4 (double & twin) and a bathroom.
- Lodge "Ash" has one large double bedroom for 2 (with space for a cot or a bed for a small one) and shower room.

"Forda Stables" - National Accessible Scheme Mobility Level 3
- A luxury 5 Star cottage, tastefully and imaginatively converted from the old stables and cider press at Forda Farm.
- The cottage is rated Mobility Level 3 under the National Accessible Scheme, providing an easy and comfortable holiday home for anyone with impaired mobility.
- The Stables is all on one level, with two twin bedrooms (one with en suite with bath), a further double bedroom and a further shower room and toilet, sleeping up to 6.
- Spacious attractive lounge, with French windows leading to a private patio area.
- Digital, flatscreen, freeview TV with DVD/Video recorder & player.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave.

"Forda Barn"
- A luxury 5 Star cottage, converted from traditional Cornish stone and slate farm buildings, providing a holiday home full of character and furnished and equipped to the highest standards.
- The Barn has its own private garden, patio and parking but guests can still enjoy the wider grounds and facilities of Forda.
- Four bedrooms, with one double and one twin upstairs (and small bathroom) and one twin and a fourth bedroom with bunkbeds downstairs (plus large family bathroom) – sleeping comfortably six or eight (including the bunkbeds), with the possibility of adding a cot in either of the upstairs bedrooms.
- Spacious attractive lounge, Digital, flatscreen, freeview TV with DVD/Video recorder & player.
- Fully equipped kitchen, including rangemaster cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher & microwave; separate utility room with washer/dryer.

Local Area
Forda is just over a mile away from the village of Kilkhampton (with its friendly pubs, eateries and local shopping) and a few minutes from Tamar Lakes (with fishing, watersports and sailing). The nearest beaches are just three miles away in the Atlantic Heritage Coastal region with its rugged coastline and sandy bays, providing spectacular walks and with the Atlantic rollers drawing surfers from all over the world. The small friendly resort of Bude is six miles away, with its beaches, golf course and many other sporting facilities.
