Churchgate Cottage is in the heart of the village of St. Just and is a newly transformed cottage built of traditional local granite. With views stretching across the 15th Century Church towards the distant moors.

St. Just is an area of outstanding natural beauty, of great historic and scientific value and is part of the Heritage Coastline. Cape Cornwall (England’s only cape) is a 10 minute walk where the views are dramatic and on a clear day the Isles of Scilly are visible. St. Just caters for all needs having a bank, post office, numerous shops including a Co-op supermarket which is open till late each night and has the useful “cashback” facility. Traditionally an ancient tin mining town it is now the home of a thriving artistic community and boasts a large number of independent art galleries and studios.

The 3 bedroom cottage is fully central heated with thermostatically controlled radiators in each room. In the cooler months the cottage also has the benefit of a wood burning stove in the lounge. There is a constant supply of hot water.

All bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the rental. BBQ briquettes and logs to be supplied by the guest.

Regrettably the cottage does not allow pets and is non-smoking only.

From A30 Penzance take the A3071 to St. Just.

Upon reaching St. Just market square is on your right hand side - opposite the Co-op.

Turn right into Market Square and pass Warrens the bakery into Church Street. Churchgate Cottage will be found on the right hand side opposite the Church.
