includes a television, video recorder, combined washing machine/tumbler drier,

- Approaching
Falmouth, continue to follow A39 signposted Falmouth.
- Straight
across double mini ("Treluswell") roundabout continue on A39 crossing
A393.
- Next double
mini ("Treliever") roundabout continue A39 leaving A394 to right.
- Single
mini roundabout on A39 ASDA on left just passed roundabout.
- Turn
right - signposted "Mabe Burnthouse".
- Approx.
0.3 miles - Double mini roundabout turn left, leaving pub on the left, signposted
"Mawnan Smith"
- Approx.
1.3 miles - Crossroad's at top of hill, straight across signposted "Mawnan
Smith"
- Approx.
2.3 miles - Mawnan Smith, bear right, leave "Red Lion Pub" on left.
- Approx.
1 mile - Pass both Glendurgan and Trebah gardens on the left.
- At
90 degree right hand bend - turn left, signposted "Ferry Boat Inn"

0.4 miles - Steeply downhill, turn right, "Ferry Boat Inn".
- Leave
carpark on right - then (approx. 50m) at the foot of the hill, turn right in lower
car park to "15D" Bay 20m on left.
- Continue
on foot passed the Old Laundry Building 20m. To 15D on the right.
