Sea Reach is a detached 2 bedroom chalet, situated within the nature reserve of Gwithian Towans overlooking Godrevy Lighthouse and St Ives Bay in West Cornwall. Just a short stroll, approx 200 metres, down the private road leads you onto Gwithian Beach and 3 miles of golden sands. It is an excellent surfing beach with lifeguards in attendance between May and September. The Environment Agency have consistently graded the bathing waters as being of Excellent quality. The beach is perfect for children, with its many rockpools. There are National Trust walks nearby and Hayle Estuary is renowned for bird watching.

Gwithian Towans has 2 cafes’s, and there are excellent restaurants in nearby St Ives and Penzance. West Cornwall Shopping Park is approx 2 miles away, with M&S, Next and Boots. Hayle town provides further supermarkets and banks.

Sea Reach was completely renovated in 2010 and is finished to a high standard throughout.

It offers full central heating and double glazing throughout and provides warm and cosy accommodation throughout the cooler months.

There is a private terraced garden with sea views, perfect for evening BBQs as you watch the sun set over the sea.

The fully fitted blue tiled maple style kitchen is very well equipped with ceramic hob full sized double oven electric cooker, fridge freezer, washer drier, dishwasher and microwave oven. Slate effect worktops.

The dining area leads off the kitchen and has a table and chairs for up to 6 people, and from here you will be able to enjoy the sea views whilst dining.

The lounge is furnished with a two seat sofa and a large three seat sofa bed – double mattress width so can be used comfortably by a couple - and has a flat screen digital TV with Freeview.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. Each bedroom has a wardrobe and drawers.

There is a beautiful modern bathroom with every convenience including a corner bath and a separate walk in shower. Heated towel rail and shaver socket.
