The recently renovated former vicarage exudes charm and character. It is located adjacent to the ancient church of St Germoe and the village green. The Old Vicarage boasts traditional Cornish granite walls, open-beamed ceilings, cosy fireplaces and flagstone floors. Outside there are ample front and rear gardens providing space for children to play while you relax next to the barbeque.

The spacious accommodation sleeps up to a maximum of 10 people: there is a large master bedroom with wood burning stove and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. There is further double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with bunk beds.
Downstairs there is the open beamed farmhouse family kitchen comprising Aga cooker in the impressive granite fireplace (on during the winter months), separate gas cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and two further sitting rooms with open fires, one sitting room having a sofa bed.
Outside there are front and rear gardens and a courtyard patio area complete with barbeque and outside shower.

Situated in the heart of the rural Hamlet of Germoe, The Old Vicarage is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Just one mile from the outstanding south coast. The lifeguard-supervised beach of Praa Sands is just a 15 minute walk away, providing a great opportunity to enjoy the surf or to just relax on the golden sands. Prussia Cove and Rinsey Head, as well as the beautiful fishing harbour of Porthleven are all close by. Enjoy an evening stroll through the lovely fields to watch the sunset over the south coast or the view from Goldolphin Hill on a summer's evening is equally impressive.
For the golfers, Praa sands golf course is just a two minute drive.
Local amenities are within walking distance including beach bar and restaurant, pub and shops.
Fantastic Cornish Visitor attractions are only a short drive away including Land’s End, The Lizard, St. Michaels’s Mount, the Minack Theatre, Flambards, Paradise Park and Tate St Ives gallery. An ideal base to discover both the Lands End and Lizard peninsulas.
