All rooms are comfortably furnished, fully centrally heated and contain a hand washbasin with hot and cold water, razor point, colour television and tea/coffee making facilities. There are adequate shower and toilet facilities with bath towels available on request Keys to your room and to the front door are provided with no time restrictions on access.

 

There is a full size pool table at the Guest HouseA Full English or Continental Breakfast is served about 8.30am. The optional three course evening meal must be ordered at breakfast time, where the day's menu will be on display, and is served about 6pm. Early breakfasts will be provided on request. Good home cooking with children's meals available and special diets prepared if booked in advance.

The compact but well stocked bar at the guest houseThe TV lounge is available throughout the day. Enjoy a drink or snack from our well stocked bar, in the floodlit beer garden on a summer's evening or in front of log fire on a chilly night.
Dogs are welcome free of charge but are the complete responsibility of the owner.

Local attractions and Activities:

Trevarrian a small hamlet on the coast road twixt the bright lights of Newquay and the small fishing town of Padstow. The village pub in Trevarrian, just round the corner from the guesthouse, is an ideal place to spend an hour or two relaxing with a quiet drink and enjoying the warm friendly atmosphere. The pub serves good bar meals and has a spacious family room.

Travel south along the coast and you will find Watergate Bay famous for it's surfing and fine sandy beach. Onwards to Newquay with it's big town amenities, nightlife, wide beaches and family entertainments including a large Leisure Park and Zoo.

North from Trevarrian you pass Mawgan Porth, just one of many beautiful beaches and coves topped by delightful villages and rustic country scenery, before coming to Padstow. The picturesque old fishing town of Padstow, overlooking the estuary of the River Camel, still retains its commercial fishing harbour where you can buy fresh seafood straight off the boat or wander round the quaint old shops in the narrow streets of the town centre. Come and celebrate Mayday with the 'Obby Oss', always on 1st May, a spectacle not to be missed.

We are central for bracing cliff walks. There is RAF St Mawgan where you can watch the various aircraft fly off on patrol and St Merryn one of the largest parachute schools in the country. Many golf courses abound the area as does sea and coarse fishing.

There are many adventure sports available locallyVisit Dairyland, Tamarisk Park Farm or even Poldark Mines - there are many places, too numerous to mention, within easy reach. The south coast of Cornwall is only about 20 miles distant
