Produced a guide to Cornish restaurants across Cornwall produced by the Food in Cornwall Association, a community of like minded caterers who are dedicated to the provision of good quality local produce, well served in attractive surroundings.

They prided themselves on their inspection scheme. All members were inspected before being allowed to join the association by their team of food professionals, and additional spot checks ensure that those high standards are maintained.

The expected high standards are applied to every type of establishment and they accept members across these broad groups; restaurants, pub restaurants, café restaurants and restaurants with accommodation. Each member has to perform well within their sector to be included in the scheme.
