3 Lamanva Barns, Lamanva, is located approximately 3 miles from Falmouth, close to the superb sailing waters of the Helford River and Fal Estuary and a few minutes drive from a selection of fine beaches. Situated within a small hamlet, the Barn has country views, good-sized gardens and spacious yet cosy accommodation. With its brand new Maritime Museum, restaurants, pubs and beaches, Falmouth is one of Cornwall’s premier holiday destinations. ‘Falmouth Week’ in early August is when the town hosts the yachting fraternity and Falmouth comes alive with concerts, markets and parades. The Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lands End and North Coast beaches are all less than an hour away, while the Helford River, Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens are just a short drive. Falmouth Golf Club welcomes visiting members and there is excellent coarse fishing a short walk away at Argal Reservoir. |

ACCOMMODATION |

The Barn is currently being extended and will be available for rent from the 26th July 08. It is accessed via a private driveway, with parking for 4/5 cars. The front door opens onto a large hall with doors to kitchen, dining room, coat/shoe area, stairs to first floor, loo and utility room with sink and washing machine. The open-plan ground floor has a kitchen-diner (seating for 5) opening to the main dining area (seating for 8) and lounge, arranged around a central fireplace with woodburner. |

Upstairs are five bedrooms, one with king size bed, two doubles, two of which are en-suite and two bedrooms with twin/cabin beds. The barn comfortably sleeps eight/ten. |

To the rear of the Barn there is a good-sized, secure garden with children’s swings, slide, Wendy House and trampoline with safety net. There is also a patio area with picnic bench and barbecue supplied. Up to 5 cars can park on the driveway. |
