No.5 Whitehouse Court has recently been tastefully renovated to a very good standard without sacrificing any of its individual charm to include original stone clad feature walls that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The complex is within walking distance to a wonderful countryside pub and is surrounded by countryside and spectacular coastlines – three miles from Perranporth, eight miles from Newquay, twenty miles from St.Ives and seven miles from Truro where there are numerous shops and restaurants located in a cathedral city rich in history and Cornish heritage.

White House Court No.5 Ref. WHI199 Sleeps 4: Entrance directly into the semi open plan kitchen diner and lounge area. All rooms are generous in size, furnished and decorated to a very good standard. The newly fitted kitchen with slate floor and beamed ceiling, has a fitted electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and a microwave. The lounge with a feature granite fireplace (electric wood burning stove effect) has two large comfy leather sofas, colour t.v, video, DVD, radio and CD player. There is a good size dining table with chairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom one has a brass double bed, bedroom two has 3ft twin beds and the bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. All bedrooms have ample storage space. Electric heaters are in each room with an electric towel rail in the bathroom.
