This is an ideal holiday home for those wishing to be within walking distance to the beach and yet within a short drive to numerous holiday attractions that can be found on the north and south coast of Cornwall.

Kitchen/diner is a very spacious room and is well equipped for a family. A large dining table is in the centre of the room. There is an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and a built in fridge with a separate freezer. A washing machine can be found in the utility room. Bedrooms: bedroom one has a kingsize bed and bedroom two has a double bed. The second bedroom is to the rear of the apartment and does not have a view to the beach. A single Z-bed is available. Bathroom has been fitted with an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
