Somerville is situated on the edge of the popular seaside resort of Perranporth commanding a panoramic view to the sea and within a ten-minute walk down the hill to the shops, bars and restaurants. Somerville (No.4) is a detached, spacious house with four bedrooms, two bathrooms a garden and private parking area. The house has been comfortably furnished and is ideally suited for a large family or for two families wishing to enjoy a holiday together on the north coast. Perranporth has a magnificent beach where you can make the most of swimming and surfing. It is located between St.Ives and Newquay where there are numerous beaches and holiday attractions to suit all of the family. Truro – The City of Cornwall can be found within nine miles where you can find a selection of shops, restaurants, a cinema, ten pin bowling and lot lot more.

Accommodation

Somerville Ref. SOM169 A slightly sloped driveway leads up to the front entrance of the house.
Ground floor: cloakroom area into the hallway. Lounge is very comfortably furnished and has an open fireplace, a colour t.v and a video. Generous size semi open plan kitchen and dining area: kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a fridge/freezer. There is a large dining table with chairs for all the family. On this same floor: bedroom one with a double bed and an en-suite shower room wash hand basin and w.c. Upstairs: bedroom two with a double bed, bedroom three with 3ft twin beds and bedroom four with a 3ft single bed. A sun room is located upstairs where you can enjoy the wonderful views across the sea. Bathroom with an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c.
