Frogs Nest is more of a maisonette than an apartment with well-designed accommodation set on two floors. It is situated adjoining the owners own accommodation called ‘Downstream’ positioned in the valley of Perrancoombe, which is within a pleasant walk to Perranporth (approx. one mile). ‘Frogs Nest’ has recently been refurbished and guests have the use of the owner’s wonderful garden to the rear bordered by a gently flowing stream, which provide an opportunity for peaceful relaxation. In Perranporth you can enjoy a magnificent beach (three miles long with soft golden sands) with many coastal walks. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants surrounding the beach area. Truro, Newquay and St.Ives can all be reached with a short car journey or a local bus service.

Frogs Nest Ref. FRO051 Sleeps 2 + Baby Front entrance into a cloakroom and small porch. Ground floor living-room incorporates a tastefully fitted galley kitchen at one end with built in appliances and a breakfast bar. Appliances include an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge with a small freezer compartment. There is the use of the owners washing machine and tumble dryer in a utility room (arranged with the owner). The lounge is nicely furnished providing a colour t.v./ radio. Upstairs the master bedroom enjoys a lovely view to the rear garden and at one end of this room there is a quite a large area to place a cot if required. The main part of the bedroom has a double bed and bedroom furniture with an en-suite shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
