Superbly positioned directly above the golden sands of Perranporth beach with magnificent coastal views far out to sea. Once a majestic Edwardian hotel, believed to be originally a castle this impressive building has been converted into fourteen superb apartments within its imposing and unusual exterior. Within a five-minute down hill walk of the town there are numerous shops, restaurants and bars. Adjacent to the castle is the coastal footpath leading to St. Agnes and a footpath enabling you to walk down to the beach on low tide. Droskyn Castle is an ideal touring base for the north coast of Cornwall, as well as being within easy reach of the Cathedral City of Truro, St. Austell with the famous Eden Project, Newquay, St.Ives and Falmouth.

Droskyn Castle 6 Ref. DRO040 Sleeps 4:This accommodation is far more spacious than the exterior suggests, with the front entrance leading into the hallway. Semi-open plan kitchen/diner and lounge. Kitchen supplied with a built in electric oven, separate hob microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a breakfast bar. The spacious lounge/diner with a three-piece suite and a polished dining table, colour T.V, video and a C.D player. On this same level there is a well-furnished double bedroom (5ft bed). The bathroom is fitted with an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and W.C. Bedroom two has six stairs leading up to the twin beds (what used to be the stage when used as a hotel). Both bedrooms are very nicely furnished with built in units.
* Electricity up to £15 per week is included in the tariff *Duvets, pillows and bed linen are supplied. * Heating: night storage heaters and an instant heater in the bedroom.
* Garden: no actual garden but there is a courtyard for sitting out. * Smoking is not welcome in the apartment
