Young children must be careful of the open plan stairs leading up to the bedrooms and bathroom. The rear garden can be reached from the kitchen. The garden is enclosed and is very safe for the younger members of the family. It has a small patio area and a garden table with chairs. Upstairs: bedroom one with a double bed and bedroom two with two 2ft 6ins pine beds. Both rooms have ample storage space. Bathroom: electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin and w.c. .
