The newly fitted kitchen has a furnished dining area, it is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and an electric double oven and hob. A tumble dryer is available in a small room outside, with the boiler for the central heating. A spacious lounge has patio doors leading out onto the garden enjoying views across the countryside. The lounge has a three-piece suite, colour t.v, video and a stereo system to play your tapes and CD's. Bathroom has a bath and a wash hand basin. There is a separate w.c with a wash hand basin and another separate room with an electric shower. Bedrooms: bedroom one has a double bed (4ft 6in) and a portable colour t.v, bedroom two has a double bed (4ft) and bedroom three has twin beds (2x3ft).
