in a stone barn which is part of an ancient farmstead. |
| The Farm lies within Retire Common at the heart
of the Cornish countryside. |
| Kerriers is an ideal spot from which to enjoy
and explore the beautiful Cornish countryside. Surrounded by Retire
Common (an area of Special Scientific Interest or SSI) we are only
3/4 mile from the A30 (the main road into the county). |
| And, if you feel like taking it easy... then just
relax in the hot tub in your own private landscaped garden. |
| The barn was converted in 2005 using natural materials
throughout including slate floors and western red cedar joinery. |
| The Farmhouse (our family home) is separated from
the Barn letting area by a large garden lawn (originally the farm
yard). The let itself is very private with a secluded garden and patio
and yet has open views across a woodland garden. |

| Kerriers is equidistant from the north
and south cornish coasts - 20 mins from both. |
| The farm is located at the end of
a 500 metre private lane (across Retire Common) which is quite bumpy
and may not be suitable for cars with low ground clearance e.g. sports
cars. If you are concerned about your vehicle please check with us.
