| Carthew farm is set amongst the most beautiful countryside in Cornwall with far reaching views across the Cober valley down to Helston. The sea at Porthleven and the sea near Portreath can be seen in the far distance, with rolling Cornish hedging and patchwork green fields between. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| The Barn is a single storey conversion with exposed beams, wooden flooring throughout and large airy bedrooms both with full en-suite. Bedroom one has a double bed and 2 single beds and Bedroom two has a double bed and one single bed. The accommodation is very flexible and can either be used as a two person barn, or it can sleep up to a maximum of 7. The Barn has an open plan living, Kitchen-diner. The kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer, washing machine and stainless steel gas hob and oven. Outside is a rotary drier for drying clothes & beach towels. The Lounge area is a great place to relax and unwind after a hard day at the beach! From the dining area stunning views can be seen across the moorland and beyond. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Outside is a decking area, and gravel garden, with garden table and plenty of space to relax and take in the wonderful scenery. Horses can be seen in the paddock. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Changeover day Saturdays the Barn will be available on the day of arrival from 3pm onwards. It must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| On booking the Barn a deposit of £100.00 (Non Refundable) is required to secure your booking. The balance needs to be paid 5 weeks prior to your holiday start date. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
